The Solution
TracAsset was implemented with both web and handheld applications to efficiently manage and track assets throughout the hotel. The hotel now maintains a verified and accurate database of all assets, making it easier to locate, manage, and shift assets as needed. Complete asset histories from procurement through disposal are digitized for improved control. Additionally, integrating TracAsset enabled deeper financial visibility, supporting smarter decision-making regarding asset investments, replacements, and budgeting.
